Many of them, yes! You’ll run into Twitch streamers at TwitchCon both around the show floor and at their meet and greet sessions, where you can get some face time and an autograph from your favorites.
Yes! We’ll have community meeting areas and MeetUps onsite. They’re perfect for hanging out with friends from chat. We promise they’re more comfortable than the floor.
We have Twitch employees staffing the convention, so thanks for the offer, but not this time. We recommend enjoying the show while our staff plays support.
It could take up to an hour for Twitch to recognize that you’ve unlocked the TwitchCon Amsterdam chat badge. So if you don’t see it right away, don’t worry! And if you’ve never equipped a chat badge before, here’s how to do it:
Contact our registration vendor for additional assistance with activating your chat badge.
No worries. Contact our registration vendor with a request to be removed. Be sure to include your full name and Twitch Display Name.
Keeping the event safe for everyone is a top priority. To adhere to our strict safety guidelines, it will not be possible for anyone but you to pick up your badge. You will need to bring your ticket (electronic or printed is acceptable so long as the QR code is scannable) and a valid government issued ID to pick up your badge.
Tickets are not refundable, exchangeable, transferable or replaceable if lost or stolen.
If your session is accepted, all speakers will be given a TwitchCon badge (or a refund if you already purchased a badge) for access to the event. Please note that if your session is not selected we will not refund your ticket.
Tickets are non transferable.
Yes. We will be able to check your status on site and ensure you get the correct badge.
We require any additional Partner/Affiliate tickets for shared channels to be granted to co-hosts/on-screen talent only. The deadline to request a ticket for a shared channel is April 1. People who assist a channel’s content creation from a behind-the-scenes basis, such as managers, editors, moderators, significant others, etc, do not count. Please contact our registration vendor with your ticket confirmation, channel name, full name, and email address. Note: The Twitch Partnerships team will need to confirm this request. We cannot guarantee that the Community ticket will be upgraded.
You need to bring a valid government issued ID so we can confirm your identity, as well as the ticket that was emailed to you when you purchased your badge. You can either print it or bring it as an image on your phone, as long as the QR code is scannable.
